I have a quick question regarding the remote control.
Why would it stop working? - i know i ask a basic question, not everyone will understand technical terms).
My understanding of the remote controls currently in use - or the one im using... is that they are used for lots of other models.
The hardware & software profiles have some information and settings for the remote controls... (is this where the remote model / type etc is chosen then used by the TV?) If you say yes... then, Can I upload my current hw & sw profile to restore the config so my remote works?
