65UD8950 LD tv'ye sahibim. Youtube girişinde sorun olduğundan servis çağırdık. TV de bulunan v. 3.62.24.0 yazılımını v.3.62.43..0 ile değiştirdiler ve sorun çözüldü. Ancak, samsung telefonumdan daha önce kablosuz oynattığım videolarda daha önce sorun yokken şimdi bu videolar oynarken kesintiler oluyor. Acaba bu sorunu ortadan kaldırabilecek daha yeni yazılım mevcutmudur?

Can someone please share with me full firmware (4 files) to flash with "OK" button for my Philips 49PUS6031/12 (17MB120 from Polish market)?

Got symptoms just like in this thread:

For a correct software I need to know the panel code. But it is put on a label inside the TV.
 
The panel code tag is glued to the board that protects the screen. VES390 ??????
Here is a software for the VES490QNUS-2W-U01 panel (maybe this is the panel)

I'm not at home right now but as far as I can see in the Philips/Vestel specsheet:

On the back sticker it also says:

BTW, I downloaded your .rar file but I can not open it with 7zip.

I tested and it is OK. Unzipped with winrar. You also have the latest software from the manufacturer. Put on the stick, press and hold the power key on the TV and put the TV in the socket. Release the key when the update starts.

This file is probably corrupted, downloaded it 3 times already and WinRAR also won't open/extract it.

OK, got it with different version of WinRAR. So, the software from your first link (post #6405) will not be good because the panel is different?

When I posted the software I didn't know what panel is on the tv. If it is true that it is VES490QNDL-2D-U11 I currently do not have access to the software archive to search. I come back as soon as I can with a result.
At this time the TV is not working? Just the stb led blinks?
 
Thanks for your help. I'm at work right now and TV is not mine, trying to help my friend. Panel is working, TV turns on, shows Philips logo and then does nothing. Just like in this case:

I want to go to his house after work and try with recovery firmware flashing but I have only the upgrade package from official Philips support site and I suppose it won't work in this flashing mode (only from software menu which is not available at the moment). That's why I asked for the full software, the type you linked in post #6405.
 
In order to find the correct software I need to know what the motherboard and panel code are.
