With a stronger light, illuminate the screen and see if you have an image. The problem may be from the backlight. Look behind the TV if you see the lights on.

Şubat ayında 2019 serisi diye aldığımız 43UD8360 model cihazımızın özellikle Netflix app'inde ağırlık, donmalar, bazen görüntü morarması gibi sorunlar yaşıyoruz.

Bu televizyon için yazılım güncellemesi var mıdır?

OK, I visited my friend :-) Backlight works, TV set turns on, shows Philips logo, blinks led a few times and then goes into standby or reboots to logo and then goes into standby. Made the pics of motherboard and the panel sticker:

I'm from Szczecin but I have friends in Warsaw too. Funny thing, I visited Turkey two months ago, was visiting places from TV show called

Selamlar. 49ud9300 model mb130 kartlı TV imde önceden huawei p20 pro ile ekran yansıtma yapabiliyordum. Bugün ne yaptıysam ekran yansıtma yapamadım. Yazılım olarak 3.62.35 yüklü. Bu sorunu neyden yapabilir?full yazılımmı gerekir yoksa yeni çekirdek yazılımmı bekleyeyim?

As you wish. Tomorrow I look in the archive if I find something for the TV panel. Until then, you can try the original upgrade_mb120.bin software renamed upgrade_mb120.bin.upg or upgrade_mb120.bin.pkg. Try the power button on the TV pressed and put the TV in the socket.

I hope that you find the correct firmware. I can't test this one or renaming official upgrade from Philips because I'm at my home, just visited my friend's house after work to make quick photos earlier. I'm going to visit him again tommorow after work if you'll find the software :-) Thanks again mate!
