Unfortunately, I only have to:
1. QNEL-2D-U01
2. QNDL-2D-N11
3. QNDS-2D-U12
4. QNDS-2D-N12
Some softwares are for the stick, others are binaries for the programmer. What do you think will help?

I bought the TV quite cheap since it is defective so it will be no big deal if the software doesn't apply.

For this panel (QNEL-2D-U01 ) I have the bins for the 2 flash memories U11 and U13. I'm writing with the programmer. It is ideal that the two memories be replaced with new ones.

You have the 2 bin downloaded in the FILE FM site.
I use the CH341A programmer.
For the stick, if you're lucky, try this. Unzip and put the four files on the stick. I guess you know the update procedure.

I think I got the hang of how the update will be accomplished.
Press and hold OK on the remote, plug the tv in to the wall socket, release OK as the red led starts flashing on the tv. Right?
What if it won't recognize the USB and won't boot? Is that a case where I need to re-program the U11 and U13?
Once again, I'm very grateful for your effort in this.

The procedure is correct.
If the update does not start on the stick, the flash memories with the programmer must be rewritten. There may also be problems with NAND memory. If it does not work try another stick of 2G max.
Is the stb light flashing fast? Wait 10-15 minutes.

OK, I will definately give it a try.
Is it a common fault that the programming doesn't start and the IC's needs to be re-programmed?
The stick I'm going to use is 1GB.
I will inform you later whether I succeeded or not.
