I have the same problem on the same Philips TV: 55PUS6031/12 with bar code : 23336004. Could you please tell the procedure to update the TV and the link to the files needed.

Hi,
When I plug the TV The red led is blinking and the Philips logo appears for few seconds then an gray screen stays for 10 seconds and finaly the TV turn OFF (red led ON). If I press the power button I get the same sequence.

The mother board is a 17MB120

Thank you for the answer, the first file you gave me 17MB120 VES490QNDL-2D-U11 worked but the screen was upside down.
The second one (VES550QNDS-2D-N11) worked too but instead of having Philips logo I got the Vestel logo and the remote didn't work anymore

Unfortunately I do not have a panel profile to return the image. If the ok key works on the remote control, it is perfect. If not, use a Vestel remote control. You can also try the software below but I don't know what panel it is for. Or a colleague will help you with the panel software. I do not have anything else.
