first I've installed V4 , after some lag I've decided to install V5 to see if it will solve my problems, now I'm stuck with black screen and blinking red led.

It's a black screen. I cannot access to anything. Just continuous blinking in the red led.

If v.5 didn't solve the problem why don't you go back to v.4?
Did you save your TV profile before updating?

The TV wont turn on, quick continuous blinking of the led light. How c1n I go b1ck to v4 ?
 
Rewrite v.3 or v.4 on the first page. Or the stb led flashes permanently and cannot update?
 
The tv shows nothing, downgrade is possible ? Is there a hard reset that brings up the original firmware ?

How to do it without the menu 1505 combo ?
 
Try. Unzip and put the 4 files on the stick.

OK, I'll try that and I'll go back to you with a feedback. I cannot enter the 1505 menu to lunch the update from USB, is the installation automatic if I insert the stick into the TV and then plug it to power source ?
 
1. Unzip and place on the FAT32 stick (4 files )
2. Insert the stick into the USB 2.0 jack
3. Press and hold the OK key on the remote control.
4. Insert TV into 220v socket.
5. The stb LED will start flashing rarely. When it starts blinking quickly release the OK key.
6. Wait for the update to finish. The TV either stops permanently or restarts itself. It may take 5-10 minutes.
The remote control points to the IR (infrared) receiver of the TV.
