Well after many attempts the problem is still on. I've tried to press the OK botton after plugin the TV into sector to study it's habit. The blinking became fast as I hit Ok on the remote. I dont know if the TV read the pendrive or not , because it has the same habits even without usb stick, as soon as I hit Ok blinking is fast.
 
The OK key on the remote control is pressed BEFORE connecting the TV to 220v. Hold it down until the LED flashes quickly.
 
I've already done that, it blinks fast right away when I plug in the tv to the sector, and left it for about 2hours with the usb stick connected, but it didn't work.
 
I'm sorry but I have nothing to help you. You may have a hardware problem with your motherboard or nand memory. You may need to replace the motherboard.
 
The motherboard can be affected by the update I made ?
 
It can alter the content of nand memory (soft problems, defective sectors). The nand software is at the manufacturer.
If you do not have a programmer or nand software, you only have to buy another motherboard.
In the case of a wrong update, the boot sequence may be affected and it cannot start the update anymore.

iyi günler kolay gelsin arkadaşlar. sorun yaşadığımdan dolayı burdan siz tecrübeli arkadaşlara danışmak istedim. benim tv vestel 48ua9300 bazı mkv uzantılı filmleri açmıyor sürekli bu hatayı yaşıyorum, geçenlerde okulda başka bir vestel (modelini bilmiyorum ) tv ye takıp filmleri denediğimde oynattığını gördüm. hemen onun sistem ayarlarına girip baktığımda shredder v.3.11.9.0 mb211 olduğunu benim tv nin ise raphael v2.45.27.0 mb120 olduğunu farkettim. ŞİMDİ SORUM ŞU: BU DİĞER TV NİN SHREDDER SÜRÜMÜNÜ BULUP İNDİRSEM VE BENİM TV YE YÜKLESEM HER HANGİ BİR SORUN ÇIKAR MI VE DEVAMINDA MKV UZANTILI O OYNATAMADIĞI VİDYOLARI BU YENİ SÜRÜMLE OYNATIR MI? şimdiden dikkate alıp cevap veren arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim.
