I've found more information to explain this poor (too dark) HDR and Dolby Vision mode.
It seems ABL for Average or Auto Brightness Limiter.
It's a European directive (Ziyaretçiler için gizlenmiş link,görmek için Giriş yap veya üye ol.) imposed to limit power consumption for all TV (OLED, QLED, LED...)
So, OLED have more power consumption than others and all OLED manufacturer limit the consumption by including ABL
and limit screen brightness for selected mode to decrease power consumption.
All HDR mode are limited because they increase consumption.
That's why there's no problem in SDR 1080p or 4K.
ABL is an software function ans not hardware, so if we can found this function (maybe on swprofle) and disabe it
we could have the solution to resolve all HDR problem
