with this firmware I also get no signal !
I tried with and without a factory reset, but no Chance. (I have set diseqc correctly)
why are there problems with the tuner RDA5815m? Firmware with AV2011 no problem !

70% Software manufacturer keeping the remote and tuner data all control in xml files.
But 30% manufacturer keeping basic control in Kernel.bin file, like tuner, remote.
For example in istrong new software we can't change the remote from the xml file.
Because the are controlling the remote from the Kernel.bin,
I suggest you try the titan Software with different tuner configuration.
Like RDA5812
RDA5812M
and many more which is showing in NCIT tool.
I'm sure your box not support the exact tuner which is showing.
Your tuner is another not the octagon which is showing.

i deleted them and tried again again with the same problem
