Tv starts I have Menu picture ,I can change HDMI inputs and then tv restarts.In MENU I can change some things but tv restarts when I want to perform factory default.
Do you have USB firmware to try update?

I don't have anything in the archive that can help you. Maybe another colleague will, but I think the only chance to get software is to send an email to the manufacturer.
