Remove and clean the ribbon between the t-con and the driver. Move, flex the ribbons that are between the driver and the panel glass. Click on the ribbons (on the circuit and on the glass). Carefully with the TV turned on. If you are lucky you will find where it is, the imperfect contact. If there are no changes the defect is IN GLASS and is irreparable.

No man...this Tv is new...and before your firmware,the display was working ok
 
Merhaba!I have this tv Polaroid 3-40-LED-14 and restarting ,i need full firmware (Yazilim) for usb stick.
I upload stiker from CI card.Thanks!

No man...this Tv is new...and before your firmware,the display was working ok

If you say it's new and there are no panel problems, it's ok. Other software for stick and for 17mb211s I do not have anymore. Just for the programmer and for a slightly different panel. If you want to try another 17mb211 software here
