Check if there's a joystick button on the motherboard, below the USB port, that might be stuck.
Press and release the joystick button 3-5 times, then move it up and down to make it work.
If it's a software problem,the software is not called "upgrade_loader.pkg/mb95_en.bin".

Same main and same panel. Full software. Try at your own risk. 17MB95 motherboards are very easy to brick.
