well i tried and i I found a firmware of Hitachi for 49NDC-2D which works. I updated the panel with PQ files but... while everything is working - channels, YouTube, internet - the Netflix app, when loading, keeps showing the UI-800-3 (104001) error.
So i thought the problem with netflix could be solved if i had the correct firmware.

I have the software below in the archive. The problem is that after QNDC-2D the termination is missing. If you want, you can try it on your own. If there are problems with the image, I saw that you have a panel profile.

I think it needs it s firmware only.

In another forum i found a firmware that Yokoono had sent a firmware for a jvc 55k880 but with VES550QNDL-2D-N11.
The link for this firmware has expaired.Is there any chance that still have it and give a try?

I am convinced that the motherboard has a hardware problem, not a software one.

Yes it could but is just that it only makes problem to Netflix app,which start normally with loading circle and after that say that it can t be connected and shows that error ui-803-3
