Cod panel (VES550xxxxxxxx) ?.Hello.
We have a TV that is stuck on boot, only blinking red. The backlight is turning on but the TV is not booting up properly. I've attached the picture of the backside and the mainboard in the post below. Thank you in advance for the help.

Just rewriting the 25L160 will solve the stuck issue? Will try it in a minute and will reply with the result.
The TV is still doing the same as before. While truning it on after soldering back to flash to the board the set turned on for around half a minute and then rebooted, but still no image. The set after reboot is still stuck at turning on, while the red is blinking sadly.

It means that the boot sequence has been altered. You will have to rewrite the NAND memory with the dedicated software. Unfortunately, I do not have.
So with the core update I wont be able re rewive the TV from its grave, only by rewriting the NAND can the TV work again?
The core update wont even start on the set... It just blinks on the pendrive 2-3 times and the set proceeds to be stuck in boot.
Got the TV working again with a full software that I found on another forum. The problem is now only the PANEL file. 23455852 is the panel that I need and the file that I have in the firmware is 23471158. Maybe someone has this panel file for upload into the mainboard via usb. I'm trying the files that I found on this forum, but for now I'm not getting 'clear' picture yet.

The panel file worked for the TV, but my picture is still with verical stripes. I had the same kind of picture like with this panel file. If I list the file that is ending with TMG with a txt editor then i can see that the panel name is a VES490QNEL, but that is probably fine. I might have a panel defect on this set because of the vertical stripes on the panel... On the left side i have like colored/blackish lines that are running through vertically from the left to the right side but as it goes futher right the lines are getting washed out and its barely visible.

Edit: As you can see on the screen the backlight is bad on this set, and I think that the problem with the stripes is because of the backlight problem. On the parts of the screen where the backlight is purple/bluish the stripes are way more pronounced and on the bottom right part of the screen where the backlight is almost perfectly white the stripes are gone. My assumption is that as the panel is polarizing/making the image the purple/blue light that is comming from the backlight is making it so that some stripes are becoming visible. Thank you for the kind help that you are providing me.
For now I think the TV is going back to it's owner, and if he's willing to pay the money for the backlight change then we will see if my assumption is right or wrong.

TV normal calisiyor, calisirken bazen Test moduna geciyor. Ekran da Kirmizi, Yesil, Mavi, Beyaz Renlkler donusumlu olarak geciyor. fisi cikarip takinca Yine normal calisiyor. belli bir sure sonra yine ayni durum oluyor.
Yazilimdan olabilir diye dusundum.
