Please help with Toshiba 55L3763DG
MB, 17MB110P 23411728 55"
The TV turns on, shows the boot logo (Toshiba) and then turns off.
I changed the MB, even flashed the Vestel MB110 to recover - the problem is the same, but with the VESTEL logo.
I also changed the power supply, it doesn't help.

I presume the EPROM is in the LCD panel?
 
1. MX25L1606E is a flash memory not eeprom
2. It is located on the motherboard and has 8 pins. Is U81.

i have programmed flash on both motherboards (some problems with lock, had to use neo programmer and now both verify Ok with new bin). Unfortunately nothing has changed. TV shows logo then shuts off.
Original MB was working 3years and this happened. Then I bought 2nd used MB from same TV model and after 1year same thing. Maybe they overheat?
Can I use 17MB110P from other LCD size and then program this flash?

Not always. See if the LVDS connectors are identical.
