The TV won't turn on, the front LED is constantly blinking. The power board and voltage are normal; I suspect a software or eMMC issue.

Required files:

V13425 Core update.zip
Full version of the USB firmware
eMMC dump (.bin)
SPI Flash dump
Any software compatible with the 17MB100 + VES480QNES-3D-U02 + PNL 23297543.
