Full software. Don't forget to unzip the mb130_en.bin.gz file as well. Since you did the wrong update, the chances of solving the problem are quite small. Unless you rewrite the EMMC memory. That's for specialists.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work! I don't know if there are places around me that are able to rewrite eMMC memory. if I can't find anyone to do that (for a reasonable price), I'm guessing the TV is toast?

Hi, I have one more question. Maybe you can help me figure out if this could work or not.
Close to where I live, someone is selling a Medion 65" TV for a pretty low price. The screen seems to be damaged but it still turns on. Do you think it would be possible to take out the motherboard/IO board and put that in my 50" TV? The IO panel seems to be in the same position and the connections are the same too.
The model number is MD32190NL. I can also provice MSN and serial number if necessary!
I looked online and according to Gemini (I don't know how reliable that is) it says the motherboard is based on a Vestel 17MB130S which sounds positive.
If you (or anyone else in this forum) thinks it will not work then I will donate the TV to a secondhand shop in case someone wants to fix it or take parts out.
They can be replaced if the LVDS connector is identical and the power jack is identical. If necessary, the back cover can also be modified.
If the panel has a different code, rewrite the software posted above.

hi! Sorry to bother you again. I picked up the 65" screen. It's working OK just the backlight on the left side is not fully working (I knew that beforehand). The firmware is on the highest version I think (V5.35.4.0). I am about to open up both TV's to see if everything is identical. The panel probably has a different code since the screen is bigger, but I don't know if that matters much. Assuming the boards are the same, is it harmful to try to swap it without any other software modifications?OK
