And after some research, I found on a chinese website images that exactly match the ones from Vestel, so this TV seems built by them (KTC). Just scroll to the bottom to see it:
I feel sad that Vestel opted for rebranding instead of developing their own mini-led TVs. I hope that they will develop them some day, or maybe they thought that this was not worth the effort because the prices of OLED panels are dropping.
