With USB software I don't think it can be fixed. You need to remove the TV cover and see the main and panel codes for a compatible bin / flash (for programmer). Do you have a programmer?

For the flash you need the motherboard code (17MB130) and the panel code (VES550xxxx). The safest way to rewrite memory is to rewrite it directly to the programmer.
If you want to try it below you have a FULL v.3 software for the stick. I don't think it will work. Maybe you're lucky.
