Good evening everyone. I have this lcd tv main 17mb140 with sound and white screen. The flat lcd is ok. The voltages on the main are present. What can I check?Is it a firmware problem? Thank you.

Measure if the t-con is powered by 12V. Measure the voltages on the t-con especially VGH(VONE) and VGL(VOFFE). If possible, disconnect one ribbon at a time to the panel and see if the image appears. Clean the contacts from the ribbons.

The 12v voltage is present. The t-con is integrated into the LCD panel. I need to check vgh and vgl.

VGH and VGL are voltages generated by a dc-dc converter.
VGH 25-30V
VGL 5-10V negative

I tried with firmware from USB but nothing happens. I don't see anything on the screen. all white. I gave menu 1505+ok the same.

It is installed with the OK key on the remote control pressed and the TV plugged in. The key is released when the stby LED of the TV starts flashing quickly.

The software is unzipped on a stick formatted with FAT32. I'm surprised that you knew how to measure the 12v voltage on the t-con and you don't know how to install a software.
