Request Software for Nokia 5800A Smart TV

Hi.
Got a Nokia 58" 5800A Android Smart TV based on a Vestel board(17MB170?).
It starts with Nokia logo with Jingle, followed by Android TV Logo, ending with black screen with the flashing message "Low Stoarge" in upper right corner. No User interface are loaded.
Almost everything has been tried without success, and I asumme a software reinstallation is the only way to get the TV working again.

Q: Where can I find the correct software?

There was no label on the mainboard. Have attached photo of internal label & Nokia label.

You can try using a USB mouse and try a factory reset.
