Oh yes, I'm sorry. The problem with the TV is that when I was restoring it to its factory settings from the menu, the power went out. And after that, the TV won't turn on. A solid red light stays on, and if I press the power button, it just keeps blinking and the screen turns a little blue, but that's it. I've already tried other suggestions to try and fix it, but they didn't work. That's why I think it must be a matter of reinstalling the firmware. What do you think? Thanks!
