Check the remote control. Turn on the cell phone on the camera. Press a key on the remote control and see if the emission LED on the remote control lights up on the phone.
Check the batteries of the remote control.
1. Does the LED on the TV blink when you press a button on the remote control?
2. The buttons on the TV work?
3. You replaced the batteries ?
4. They were fitted correctly, respecting the polarity ?.
