The license may have expired or the requirements for Youtube may be higher than the motherboard knows. I have encountered many Grundig TVs with this problem. You can try to update the software to the latest version but I do not guarantee that the problem will be solved. This KT Chassis. Search the website below for the dedicated software.

1. Unzip and put on the stick. Stick in tv.
2. Press and hold the P + key on the TV
3. Put the TV in the socket
4. The P + key is released when the update bar appears.
5. Wait for the update to finish and remove the stick.
