Should i have to change name of files or not?

if the TV was off before it is unpluged then when plugging it
the green led flashes for 2 seconds
and backlight turns on then off again
and green led become off and the red led is on
I still pressing OK from remote while the sequence above is running and nothing happens

Also i tried to unplug TV while it is Turned ON then insert the flash and press OK from remote then Plug the TV
The turninig on sequence happens without start loading software

I have RT809H programmer, can i use it to flash the software?
