Techwood 17MB120 Model: 50AO4USB full software request

hello, i am requesting full software for this model which is 4K 50 inches, I believe four files are required. please let me know if any more information is needed, thank you

What defect did you notice on the TV?
Do you know what code the panel has? (VES500xxxx-xx-xx).
Panel VES500QNDC-2D-N11 ???

After a factory reset, the tv has gone to the first time install menu, however the languages are missing from the language selection page and as such i cannot advance. it will not open any menus in this state, and clicking "OK" on the remote just re-boots the tv back to the FTI menu.

panel is:
50_VESQNDCN11_2D_UHD_D_N_F0_V_120

OK. Panel is VES500QNDC-2D-N11.
I have full software from Telefunken with the same motherboard and the same panel. Try the unzipped mb120_en.bin.gz file. If the remote control is no longer compatible, try a Telefunken or programmable one. I think you know the installation procedure. Try at your own risk.
