Download the software for TPN14.1E LA, unzip and rename the file to upgrade_loader.pkg. Sometimes it works.

Your TV does not have Vetel electronics. The "recovery" software is the pkg software. Copy the TV software, rename it as I wrote above, put it on the stick and insert the stick into the TV. Plug the TV into the socket. If the update does not start, press and hold the power button on the TV and then plug the TV into the socket.

There may be a dedicated software pkg, but I don't have it. Sorry. There is another problem at Philips. The software in the processor, memories, nand are paired. When rewriting only one memory, a "CI+ key fail" warning may appear on the display, which cannot be cancelled.
